Responsible for day to day network operation :
- Ensure all TT raised with correct severity and information.
- Ensure all TT raised with in SLA as per severity.
- Ensure all agreed alarm acknowledged by FO surveillance team.
- Ensure all voice call happened as per agreed escalation matrix.
- Ensure all reports sent within agreed time.
- Follow-up for fault restoration and RFO with AMS team and BO team.
- Ensure all TT closed with correct RFO in SDM tool.
Responsible for people management :
- Ensure shift availability 24*7
- Leave and attendance management of FO staff.
- Resource hiring and induction to new joinee.
- Resource management at crisis.
- Preparing of shift roaster and cab roaster.
Responsible for Operation report management :
- Preparing Weekly operation report.
- Preparing Weekly Power availability report.
- Weekly SLA report.
- Preparing of daily Fault respond SLA analysis.
- Preparing monthly SLA and MTTR report.
- Preparing daily MS report.— Now Naveen is preparing so need to ensure that it should be sent on time.
Daily analysis :
- Doing analysis of daily fault respond SLA and breached cases as per severity.
- Analysis of TT quality.
- Analysis on SDM dump for RFO and follow up.
- Checking of daily TT tracker to be matched with SDM tracker.
- Analysis on pending RFO and confirmed RFO.
Support to team :
- Prepared the template on SDM tool which saved the respond time and improved the quality of TT.
- Prepared template of alarms on M2000 and U2000 as per severity.
- Prepared the escalation matrix and revised as per requirement.
- Prepare the shift handover format.
- Account creation of new staffs.
- Revised the daily TT tracker with additional information so that FO engineer can also track the SLA on daily basis.
- Multiple feature enabled as per daily analysis in SDM tool for smooth network operation.
- Build process on LNOC’s feedback and daily call which lead improvement in network operation quality.
- Competence development plan for FO staff.
- Resolving daily queries and requirement of FO staff/ LNOC/customer/GNOC management.
- Providing required data to MAI/quality team.
