Job Description
•Maintain and operate MPLS, BNG and IP/RAN networks.
•Troubleshoot end-to-end issues related to networks.
•Excellent knowledge about routing protocols including LDP, BGP, ISIS and OSPF and MPLS L3/L2 VPN, are required.
•Participate in evaluating and testing new services.
•Attend network change activities include Integrate new sites and re-homing live sites.
•Preparing, reviewing, and updating documentation related to the operation daily job.
•Event Management including Trouble Tickets management accepting, prioritizing tasks, and closing tickets within SLA.
•Prepare root cause report for Network abnormality
•Perform Monthly network audit and analyze network risks and provide mitigation plans
•Make daily, weekly health check for network stability, SLA and KPIs.
•Attend Meeting with Customer
•Conduct checks and inspections for new sites / services.
Professional Related Working Experience
1.Bachelor’s or masters in Engineering.
2.Minimum 7+ years of experience in network skills Required:
– Hands on Experience in troubleshooting technologies like BGP, MPLS, Multicasting, QOS.
– Experience in troubleshooting routing issues, good written and verbal communication skills.
3.Familiar with O&M and technical support work flow.
4.Good communication skills.
Qualification Requirements
1.Education: Bachelor’s or masters in telecommunication / computer since
2.Language Skills: English, Other local languages as required
3.Others: Experience with Huawei / operator O&M dept or other MS organizations is a plus
