Requirement:
- The System operation service (ITNOC/SD) comprises the delivery of 24x7x365 monitoring for all mobile networks, applications and systems in terms of availability, performance, and thresholds and executing day to day operation for all service in scope.
- Understand & execute the report preparation and monitoring activities allocated
- Raise and escalate any issues and monitoring backlog or issues
- Follow-up with concerned team t\for getting raw data for report preparation
- Contacting different support groups or/and user groups for any clarifications
- Good Knowledge on MS OFFICE, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good Knowledge on Microsoft Windows 2007.
- Good knowledge about network operation center processes and interfaces.
- Good PC skill”
