- Good Knowledge on CS core product like MSOFTX3000,UMG8900
- Good Knowledge on CS Core, MSC pooling,VLR,HLR,IN
- Good Knowledge on service flow
- Knowledge on VoLTE would be added advantage
- Good knowledge on hardware architecture
- Good Knowledge on KPI and Performance
- Good Knowledge of troubleshooting steps and capable engough to resolve customer complaint
- Good Knowledge on different protocol like ISUP,BICC,SIP,H.248
