Responsibilities:
- ENB Deployment & Optimization at Cluster
- Service Provider team coordination
- Rollout execution
- Project tracking
- Cluster ATP, Quality.
- Coordination with cross functional team.
- Drive the team to focus in bringing customer delight.
- Ensuring Quality Audit as per the process & ensuring punch points brought out by quality audit team are cleared timely.
- Vetting of the Work done by outsourced vendors during the given month and coordinating for the payments by Vendor team.
