Job Description : Automation Support Engineer

Salary Range : 7 Lacs – 9 Lacs PA
Experience :
for AM/Manager: 7-12 years of Experience in RF Planning & Optimization, out of which 3-4 years of 3G/LTE experience is must. Drive Test & Post Processing Tool exposure is must.
for Engineer: 3-5 years of Experience in RF Planning & Optimization, out of which 2-3 years of 3G/LTE experience is must. Drive Test & Post Processing Tool exposure is must.
Job Role:
- Part of RF Technical Support Team.
- Daily Health Check of Automation tools i.e. Drive Test Management Tool & Post Processing Tool used for SCFT/SSCVT/Cluster optimization/EMF.
- Operational issues handling for smooth operation of Automation Tools i.e. ActixOne/XCAL/FMS & Siteforge.
- Provide on-line support to drive test engineers on DM tools functioning, automation related issues.
- Provide expert support on ActixOne/XCAP-Vuze analysis platform.
- Suggest preliminary solution to SCFT/CLOT/SSCVT Analyzers to resolve the issues.
- Coordination with automation tool vendor to resolve the issues and communicate back to respective teams i.e. SCFT/CLOT/SSCVT team.
- Inter team coordination for better understanding of issues and its resolution.
- Ensure timely resolution of raised issues and track them.
- Communication with the customer (Jio) & Automation vendors for issue escalation.
Qualification & Skill Set Requirement
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B. Tech) in Electronics & Communication or Computer Science.
- Must have experience in Radio Network optimization with good understating on optimization skills.
- Must have Hands on experience of 2G/3G/LTE Drive Test (XCAL, Probe, TEMS, Nemo etc) with good understanding of Radio Parameters.
- Must have Hands on experience of 2G/3G/LTE Post Processing Tools (TEMS Analyser, XCAP, Actix Analyzer, Assistant etc.) with good understanding of Radio Parameters/KPIs & air interface.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Mapinfo Tool
- Must be a good team player.
- Must have Good interpersonal & communication skill.
- Ability & attitude to learn & work under pressure.
