SKILLS:
- Planning and optimization of 4G network based on customer guidelines.
- Maintaining network performance as per set KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and fault management.
- Educate and provide new technology solutions to customer.
- Network architecture – Design an optimal network by taking customer specifications into consideration.
- Performance management – Monitor network performance as per set KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and participate in improving KPIs based on targets.
- Network optimization & validation -Perform to drive network optimization activities and validate recommendations given by analyzers (people performing the network optimization tests on the field) for cluster optimization to meet agreed KPI. Provide support to the last mile network connectivity.
- Experience in Data collection, analysis and management for network system, Network optimization, Technical documentation, Establishing a network design strategy, Establishing validation standards.
