Salary Range : 10 Lacs – 12 Lacs PA
Trainers-Job Role
- To prepare training content for 4G/5G network for international customers meeting global standards
- Deliver Training in India and abroad customer locations
- Carryout OJT in field where required
- Carryout training related administrative responsibilities
Qualified candidates for this position should meet the following requirements:
- 8+ years training experience with Multi National Telecom vendor
- Must have 2+ years hands on work experience with 3G/4G products and systems
- Must have delivered trainings abroad to customers
- Very fluent in English without MTI ( Mother Tongue influence )
- RAN trainer should have experience in eNB/LSMR for minimum 2 years
- RF Engineer must have RF planning, optimization, familiar with 4G system parameters and must have RF tools experience for 4G network for conducting SCFT and Optimization in field and backoffice
- EPC Trainer must have at least 2 years work experience with MME/SGW/PGW and core network elements such as PCRF,HSS and IMS nodes
- Candidate without hands on field experience need not apply
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with telecom infrastructure terminology
- Good analytical capabilities and problem solving skills
