Quality Control and Monitoring

Experience: 15 years plus experience, 5 plus years’ experience into Hydro power project of 660 W and above.

Job Description:

• Ensuring management of quality control & assurance, monitoring inspection schedule and closure of Non-Compliance Reports (NCR)
• Ensuring compliance to approved Field Quality Assurance Plans of different contractors. PMC will also check the test results for verification.
• Conduct Quality Review Meetings, recommend mitigation measures for non-conformance,
  correction and non-repeatability of the same.
• Follow up / Monitor material and equipment delivery with contractors. Highlight any anticipated delays.
• Quality Management – The PMC shall review and ensure implementation of quality plan according to international standards such as ISO 9001 (latest) for the execution of the work. The quality plan shall cover all systematic actions that are considered necessary to ensure that obligation stated in the construction and supply contracts as to correct and safe execution are planned and achieved.
• Record of latest drawings & documents issued for Construction and ensure that only latest approved.
