Quality and Compliance Specialist

Job Description:

  • Assist in understanding and implementing the IT General Controls framework within the Digital Office.
  • Support the development and delivery of awareness materials and training on controls to relevant teams.
  • Contribute to strengthening the execution of controls through process improvements and collaboration with control owners and control performers.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure the appropriateness of the evidence and documentation provided by various stakeholders.
  • Help optimize processes for evidence capture and documentation to support audit requirements.
  • Assist in documenting and monitoring Control Designs under the direction of the Quality & Compliance organization.
  • Support the monitoring and tracking of CAPA/NCR (Corrective and Preventive Actions/Non-Compliance Reporting) progress.
  • Execute internal controls validation tasks as directed by the Quality & Compliance team.
  • Provide regular status updates on assigned tasks related to controls execution and audit preparations.
  • Assist in monitoring the adherence of quality processes by Suppliers and Internal Resources.
  • Contribute to the documentation and monitoring of the best practices in Quality Management.
  • Collaborate with the SAP Security & Authorization and BASIS teams to support the implementation of access controls.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in information systems or computer science.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with SAP environments (ECC and HANA).
  • At least 3 years of experience with SOX controls and CAPA/NCR frameworks.
  • Experience in supporting quality and compliance management in regulated environments.
  • Experience in participating in SAP implementation projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting system compliance and contributing to validation activities.
  • Certifications (good to have):
    • SAP System Security & Authorizations
    • Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
    • ISO27001 – Information Security Management (Auditor or Implementor)
    • Disaster Recovery, IT/Business Continuity & Resiliency
