Job Description:
- Be part of SWAT team to provide support & establishment of Front Office operations in new customer account
- New Projects on-site support on need basis
- Update Management/ Customer on key highlights on NOC operations during On-Site support
- To ensure escalation of alarms/faults to field teams as per SLA and severity guidelines by Shift Engineers.
- To participate in setting and managing technical/management bridges in case of any major incidence.
- Ensure end-to-end closer on Alarms in defined timefame based on Fault Management analysis.
- Responsible for the well being of all staff in terms of their working environment and conditions of employment.
- Educate & inform FO team towards NOC ways of working and keeping check on compliance as per defined guidelines.
- Consolidation of issues and escalation to internal support system e.g. Admin for improved facilities for FO team members
- Take new intiatives and award high performers in the team with appropriate method as per company policy.
