Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma Engineer in Civil/Mech/Elect/I&C/Process
Experience: 3+ years for Degree Holders and 8+ years for Diploma Holders
Key skill-based responsibilities:
- Understanding discipline specific design requirements and delivering the 2D drawings and 3D models for 2-3 projects – by guiding a team of 6-8 designers, ensuring quality and timeline
- Ensuring the project delivery through individual contribution as well as reviewing the deliverables prepared by team members (6-8 people)
- Delivering 2D drawings (self and team) through hands on experience in working with any of mentioned 2D tools: AUTOCAD 2D/Microstation, AVEVA P&ID / AVEVA Diagram / SP PID / CADMATIC P&ID, REVIT-2D, SPI / SPEL
- Delivering 3D models (self and team) through hands on experience in working with any of the below mentioned 3D tools: AUTOCAD 3D / PLANT 3D, Auto Plant, PDMS/ E3D / SP3D / Cardworks / CADMATIC, REVIT-3D, TEKLA, Navisworks / Smart plant review (SPR)
- Providing input to Design Leads on the training needs of the team members and helping in the training process
- Driving workflow through Wrench platform with good understanding of design workflow
- Ensuring process compliance by closely monitoring performance of team members
- Supporting Design Lead in collating and providing input for progress reports
- Participating actively in the automation and re-use initiatives
