Educational Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Civil/Mech/Elect/I&C/Process

Experience:  25+ years for ITI and 20+ years for Diploma Holders

Key skill-based responsibilities:

• Driving the quality for the 2D drafting and 3D modeling work for respective disciplines through independent in-process quality checks
• Using expertise in 2D drafting, checking the quality of drawings prepared by team members and ensuring quality of the output, using any of below mentioned 2D tools: AUTOCAD 2D / Plant 3D, Microstation, AVEVA P&ID / AVEVA Diagram / SP PID / CADMATIC P&ID / COMOS P&ID, REVIT-2D
• Using expertise in 3D modeling, checking the quality of models prepared by team members and ensuring quality of the output, using any of below mentioned 3D tools (except for process discipline): AUTOCAD 3D / PLANT 3D, Auto Plant, PDMS/ E3D / SP3D / Cardworks / CADMATIC, REVIT-3D, TEKLA, Navisworks / Smart plant review (SPR)
• Providing input on training needs of the team members based on the checking done, creating training modules and imparting training regularly.
• Maintaining quality records in the form of checklist and commented check prints.
• Coming up with areas for re-use and automation in the respective disciplines
