Job Description:
The data analyst will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and support decision-making processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SQL and Tableau, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and transform data from Snowflake using SQL queries and Python scripts.
- Analyze large datasets form different sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide actionable insights.
- Develop new aggregate queries and materialized reports to improve efficiency and scalability of published Tableau dashboards.
- Validate integrity of input data and ensure accuracy of published dashboards/reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with expertise in SQL and Tableau.
- Familiarity querying on cloud-based data warehouse such as AWS Athena, Snowflake or Amazon redshift.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Python programming is a plus.
- Understanding of RF principles and metrics related to cellular network and Wi-Fi network is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data manipulation and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and machine learning algorithms is a plus.
