Detecting and responding to incidents
Quickly assess and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.
• Analyzing network health
Evaluate metrics like traffic patterns, error rates, and device status to identify trends and potential vulnerabilities.
• Collaborating with IT teams
Work closely with other IT teams to address complex issues, implement changes, and ensure the network aligns with IT strategies.
• Reporting and documentation
Create detailed reports on network performance, incidents, and health assessments.
Shift Duties: Yes, 24x7x365 support. Rotational shift
Existing knowledge on any of the monitoring tool will be a plus.
Need to have adequate ITSM Tool knowledge.
