Experience : 8-10 Years in Data Center Networking
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and support complex data center network infrastructure.
2. Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize IP internetworking, LAN switching, and routing protocols.
3. Work with Client ACI environments, including Single POD, MultiPOD, and MultiSite deployments.
4. Manage and maintain vPC, VDC, and Client Nexus 9K, 7K, 5K, 2K series switches.
5. Implement Data Center Layer 2 overlays such as VXLAN and EVPN.
6. Support and troubleshoot Layer 3 overlay protocols to ensure seamless communication.
7. Automate network provisioning and operations using ACI Automation tools and scripting.
8. Perform capacity planning, performance analysis, and continuous network improvements.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network infrastructure with business needs.
10. Ensure network security and compliance with industry best practices.
Required Skills:
1. Strong expertise in IP internetworking and LAN switching protocols (MLS, CEF, Trunking (802.1Q), STP, HSRP, LACP/PAGP).
2. Hands-on experience with IP Routing protocols (IGRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
3. Experience with ACI fabric architecture and policies.
4. Proficiency in Cisco Nexus series switches.
5. Deep understanding of Data Center Layer 2 & Layer 3 overlays.
6. Knowledge of ACI automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python) is a plus.
7. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE (Data Center) are highly desirable.
2. Experience in network security and segmentation preferably in BFSI.
3. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
