Job Summary
We are seeking a technically strong Oracle COE Specialist to support architecture, integration, analytics, and cloud enablement initiatives across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle APEX, Oracle AI & Data Platform, and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
The role focuses on solution design, API-led integration architecture, demo/PoC development, certification enablement, and supporting pre-sales activities while promoting best practices across the Oracle practice.
Key Responsibilities
Fusion & Integration Architecture Support
o Support solution design across Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
o Design and develop integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI.
o Build API-led integration patterns and reusable components.
o Support hybrid integration scenarios involving OSB and OIC.
o Develop extensions using VBCS and APEX.
- AI, Data & Analytics Enablement
o Support FDI implementations and analytics enablement.
o Contribute to AI-driven use cases within Fusion ecosystem.
o Assist in dashboard/reporting development (OTBI, BI Publisher).
o Enable data integration and transformation best practices.
- Technical Pre-Sales & PoC Development
o Develop compelling demos and PoCs showcasing:

- AI-powered business insights
o Support RFP/RFI technical responses.
o Improve win rates through standardized demo frameworks.
o Design differentiators leveraging AI, analytics, and automation.
o Identify customer pain points and propose scalable solutions.
- OCI Subscription & Environment Management
o Manage end-to-end OCI consumption processes including invoicing, receipts, and payments.
o Perform monthly cost tracking and revenue recognition related to OCI and SaaS demo environments.
o Conduct periodic reviews related to the License Management Platform (LMP).
o Maintain and update various Oracle Cloud Sell/Service Expertise credentials.
o Provision and maintain internal Fusion and EBS demo environments.
- Training, Certification & Capability Enablement
o Drive and coordinate Oracle training and certification programs for practice resources.
o Track and report certification progress and skill development metrics.
o Foster a culture of continuous learning across Oracle Cloud, OIC, OCI, and APEX.
o Guide and mentor team members through structured enablement, coaching, and readiness programs to meet Oracle Partner Expertise requirements.
Qualifications:
- 10–15 years in Oracle ecosystem.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
o Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
o Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
o APEX & VBCS
o REST/SOAP web services
o Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Working knowledge of FDI and Oracle AI capabilities.
- Strong SQL / PL-SQL skills.
- Experience in at least 2–3 Fusion implementations.
- Oracle Cloud certifications must.
