Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified RF Optimization Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Engineering from a reputable university and possess a strong background in RF optimization. Proficiency with multiple vendors’ equipment are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Conduct comprehensive analysis of network performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the RF domain.
🔹 Utilize advanced RF optimization tools and software to optimize network parameters, antenna configurations, power levels, and frequencies.
🔹 Analyze drive tests to validate and enhance network design and performance.
🔹 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including RF Planning, Engineering, and Operations, to implement optimization strategies.
🔹 Identify and mitigate interference issues through in-depth analysis and the implementation of effective countermeasures.
🔹 Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports outlining optimization strategies, findings, and recommendations.
Experience:
🔸 Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in RF optimization within the telecommunication industry.
🔸 Proven expertise in using RF optimization tools and software from various vendors e.g. Nokia, Ericsson, ZTE and Samsung.
🔸 Strong understanding of cellular network architecture, protocols, and technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) with focus on LTE and 5G.
🔸 At least 2 years or more VoLTE optimization experience
🔸 Periodic 5G/LTE/VOLTE audits for basic features and strategy
🔸 Good knowledge of NSA and SA networks
🔸 Experience with multiple vendors’ equipment, demonstrating the ability to work in a multi-vendor environment.
🔸Able to work under pressure (24 X 7 Availability)
Education Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication / Electronics (B.E./B. Tech)
