Circle Warehouse Lead

Required:

• Experience in (VI) Vodafone Idea Warehouse.
• Preferred Kannada Language.

Job Descriptions:

• Overall Responsible for Program Management of SCM WH Activities at Circle Level As Per Agreed SCM Scope.
• Responsible for Flawless & Right First Time Zero Defect MIN/MRN As Per DMTO (If DMTO is Not Ok, Should be Corrected before MIN Creation).
• All Activities Related to Forward & Reverse Logistics including MIN/MRN/FMR/BTN (Exception) Creation, Getting it Approved and Finalization in SAP and Ensure Update in SPMS System.
• Update SIEL’s Respective RLMs about MIN/MRN/FMR/BTN (Exception) Execution Status.
• Responsible to AVOID Multi MIN/MRN Creation for Same Site, Multi Dispatch for Same Site, Auto Closure of MINs, MRNs, Etc.,
• Responsible for Ensuring Segregation and Storage of Good & Bad Modules in Separate Areas.
• Work as a Conduit between Samsung & VI to Ensure Timely & Correct Finalization of GRN/MIN/MRN/FMR/BTN (Exception).
• Ensure the Process Set by NHQ Management for Forward & Reverse Logistics are Strictly Adhered.

Skills Required:

• Strong Knowledge of SCM Processes.
• Deep Knowledge of Warehouse Processes in Telecom Domain.
• Good in Inventory Management.
• Good Knowledge of SAP and Related Systems.
• Telecom Domain Product Knowledge.
