Key Responsibilities:

• Test Plan Development: Lead the creation of comprehensive test plans aligned with project goals.
• Use Case to Test Case Conversion: Ensure detailed test cases are developed from use cases for thorough coverage.
• Test Result Analysis: Analyze outcomes to identify defects and conduct root cause analysis for test escapes.
• Integration Process Improvement: Implement strategies to enhance integration efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Scrum Practice Implementation: Facilitate the adoption of Scrum methodologies using Azure Scrum Boards, with monthly reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaboration and Communication: Support PM to coordinate with developers, QA, and stakeholders for IQE integration tasks.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of learning and process enhancement.
