Experience : 8-10 years

Job Description:

  • Complete all project start-up activities necessary to deliver a CX customer delivery project
    according to customer business outcomes by implementing project management approach
    to leverage the best of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Ensure stakeholders, and the project team deliver projects on-time, within budget, and with
    high quality to promote customer satisfaction.
  • Track, review, and regulate the progress and performance of the project, documenting
    project health, risks, and needs throughout the life of the project
  • Keeping stakeholders apprised of current project status with timely and relevant updates.
  • Validate all aspects of the contract are complete and properly executed and closed for the
    project
  • Project delivery within Client governance and defined expectations
  • Delivery quality based on contracted business outcomes

Skills:

  • Proficient in utilizing project management tools and Microsoft Project software, ITIL
    Framework and operations management.
  • Hold certifications in Project Management such as PMP, CAPM, ITIL, Certified ScrumMaster
    (CSM) or equivalent are preferred.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups and reviews and drive closure of ongoing operations level
    escalations .
  • Foundational knowledge of Client technology, products, architecture and services portfolio
    or CCNA certified.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management
    principles.
